Australian Migration Advice

How to use this website

What the public content on this site is for, and where general information ends and tailored migration advice begins.

General information only

The content published on this website, including the Visa Hub fact sheets, is general information about Australian visa and migration law and procedure. It is provided for general information and learning, and is addressed to readers generally — it does not take into account your individual circumstances.

Not migration or legal advice

Nothing on this website constitutes migration advice or legal advice, and reading this website does not create an agent–client relationship with Best Visa Solutions Pty Ltd or any of its registered migration agents. Sending an enquiry also does not, by itself, create that relationship: a client relationship begins only when we confirm an engagement with you.

Whether a visa pathway is open to you depends on your individual facts and the law in force at the time of application. If you need advice on your own situation, contact us or another registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner.

Accuracy and currency

Australian migration law, visa application charges and legislative instruments change frequently. Fact sheets state the date their fees and settings were last checked (“current as at”). While we take reasonable care in preparing the content, we do not warrant that any page is complete, accurate or current at the time you read it, and, to the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for reliance on general content of this website. Always check the current requirements of the Department of Home Affairs before lodging an application.
